Total lack of service and regard

I had an accident on 28th August. Your insured party rear ended me. I was assigned to a Jhb consultant - Khanyisa Majingolo - who emailed me paperwork and a list of what I needed to provide which I did. Photographs, 3 quotations, accident sketch and description etc. Since then, Khanyisa has been silent and all my follow up emails have been ignored. Today I phoned Head Office and was told, by a Lindiwe, that all she could see was that an assessor had been appointed. Strange that this was never mentioned by Khanyisa. The said assessor - Appel van Staden - has never contacted me. Lindiwe provided his phone number which says he doesn't exist. In the dark again. I find my situation unbelievable. More unbelievable is that neither of the ladies extended themselves further. Claim Number is 3***2. I am waiting to have my vehicle repaired due to an accident that was purely not my fault. Surely Santam are better than this?
