Total inability to provide a Future Confirmation letter with correct details for bond registration

I need a letter to confirm details for bond registration, also know as Future Confirmation- letter - after 3 attempts and numerous request there is a slew of mistakes on letter.

Now the email is of unknown person, Standard bank magically appeared as interested party and still no banking details as per FNB requirements.

Am I the only person to have my structural insurance with Santam with a bond with FNB???

This is a critical piece of information for bond registration.
