Total APATHY and NO client service.

Having contacted them regarding on FB a claim that has not been resolved after 3 months I was told the matter would be investigated and contact made, well a week later still nothing.I actually cannot comprehend the level of NON SERVICE from them, and advise anybody looking for insurance to give SAMTAM a VERY wide birth
