top insure my ASS!

I am so embarrassed can't believe the top insurer can treat their clients this bad. i had an accident on the 30/01/2019 and still not paid out for my claim. first they investigate you like you a ******** from hell than secondly take their own sweet time to pay you. i have lost out on so many deals for vehicles to replace my car but cant because i have to wait a year to get paid and yet again they keep on deducting money for your policy that still has the written off vehicle on. what a disgrace. the first i though agh shame its their first mistake but this put the cherry on top of the cake! i am cancelling my policy for s**** this time.
