Too much delayed in resolving claims for no reason

I was involved in a car accident with a Santam Client, He submitted a claim and i decided not to involve my personal insurance. Then my insurer sent me a letter to notify Santam that I won't be claiming from my personal insurer.

It has been over three months now since the accident, my car is still not fix, Santam are dragging their feet in resolving my issue. I have sent them everything thry wanted and submitted everything document they required. I'm just a sitting duck. No feedback, they don't answer their phones when I call. Three months is a long time and I'm driving around with a damaged car and that not right.

I'm glad I'm not insured with Santan. they have been in business for a very long time, but they still take forever in resolving claims. I'm still waiting even today for my car to be fixed by Santam.
