Tire theft claim taking to long!

Can someone higher up please get in contact with me with my claim I've been waiting for almost two weeks to only get the theft of tire claim done. I've been asking the consultant that was very helpful and called me right back but I'm hitting a brick wall with simply answering how long this claim will still take. This is not a collision but my car's tires were ******! this cant take so long! I went over from out OUTsurance to santam but it looks like I made a big mistake!
