Tim Zibi was my consultant. First, being a bit on the elderly side, I was happily to hear a more matured voice on the other side. That inspired some confidence in me. The youth sometimes are a bit impatient with the less technologically inclined. Anyway Tim helped me with all my queries and I was happy with his explanations. So so was happy with his service overall.
