Tim Zibi for the Win!
As a long standing client of Santam, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Tim Zibi this morning. The effiecieny he portrayed on the phone whilst we added a 2nd motor vehicle to my policy was phenomenal! His patience to explain insurance terms and the various options provided by Santam was comforting as I knew there would be no hidden extra's :) Thank you Tim Zibi...you make the horror of dealing with insurance companies a blessing.
