TIM ZIBI assisted me exceptionally well when I called Santam today. Tim listened to me carefully, was extremely patient, and clearly explained all the steps involved in updating my policy. I knew what to expect when I put down the phone. It was a pleasure to deal with Santam's Tim Zibi today.
