TIC by Santam: 7 months and still no progress on our claim!

We experienced an emergency while travelling in April this year. It has been 7 months and we are not receiving updates and dont seem to be anywhere close to being reimbursed for what we needed to pay during the medical emergency.

This is the first time we have had an experience like this out of the country and it has seriously made us re-think who we select as an insurance provider when travelling.
