Upon deciding to END the journey with Santam due to UNCLEAR and MISLEADING INFORMATION that the Sales Consultant hide from me during the call and didnt explain further information as he was ready to close the sale, I called Santam to cancel my policy with them and explained why, an amazing lady named Thuli Dlamini from Parktown (Johannesburg) assisted me with great pleasure. She explained detail to detail of what am covered for and even lowered my premium. She was furthermore very patient with me in my daily schedule and she was very professional with great knowledge of her work. She answered all my questions with clear understanding. People like Thuli Dhlamini are indeed needed in the business,she deserves a higher position with the knowledge she carries. Big ups to her Regards Charmaine
