This afternoon I have been served by Nonclahla Baba in a very professional but friendly manner, when she helped to insure a new car on my policy. When I thought all was done , she asked me to hold the line and mentioned that she would like to sweeten the deal..this is after she gave me the premium applicable for the new insured vehicle..after a while she came back on the line and surprised me when she confirmed a new and : lower premium than the one she originally gave me, stating that Santam wanted to reward me for being a loyal client. I was quite surprised . I can state that I am a very happy client and I'm very impressed by the overall professional and friendly client service of Nonclahla Baba. She really adds value and Santam can be very proud of her . Thank You Nonchlahla, you made my day (and weekend!)😘
