Third party insurance claim ignored by Santam

My experience with Santam for a third party insurance claim has been horrible to say the least. After following all instructions to place a third party claim as i was uninsured when i was involved in an accident, caused by their client, i got no outcome but just being referred from one party to the next, first it was Sibusiso Nyathela, then Palesa Jacobs who then referred me to the worst of the lot Nazeem Jacobs who never responded to any of my emails, not even an acknowledgment of receipt. Santam's client caused the accident and i went as far as getting an accident report with a signature of a witness other than a passenger in my vehicle and this was not even considered, so why do we even report accidents to the police? My effort to find footage of the accident scene was unsuccessful as no footage was found as i was informed by the City of Cape Town Office of the manager legal services department access to information unit. The case is now stalling without any feedback or assistance and i feel this is exactly what Santam wants, to bully me to giving up but i will not do that because they must recover the damages caused by their client.
