Third party Insurance Claim

<p>A client of yours made a false claim/accusation regarding an accident that took place in December. We have provided you with a witness. Please get call the police, get an affidavit. Do polygraph tests if you must. We do not know this witness from a bar of soap. She offered her help in a time of need when my wife was in distress. How on earth does it take your highly competent staff more than 4 months to get hold of this witness? Please get your act together. This does not reflect well with the Santam name. You do more harm to your company name by dragging your feet rather than attending to and fixing this issue. Please get someone in your claims division to contact me. I'll definitely think twice about Santam should I ever decide to change insurance companies.</p>
