Third party Complaint.

I was in a collision on January 31, 2022, on the R24 in Rustenburg, North West, where I was hit from behind.

The incident- When driver C and driver B collided and wrecked, driver B then struck driver A while vehicle A was stationary at the robot (red light).

Involved parties:

DRIVER B ✨ E UYS - *** 084 Vehicle number-JZY 562 NW

DRIVER A ✨ Claimant

The same insurer, Santam insurance, is used by both parties, Driver B and C. Following their instructions and providing all the required information and paperwork, I received the claim number *** with help from De Wet De Villiers Brokers, however Mr. Callie in Rustenburg can be reached at ***.

My complaint about the whole thing is that neither of the insurance has ever offered me assistance, and they have been passing me from one person to another while my car continues to be problematic and malfunctioning. I believe I have taken all the required actions or used all the appropriate channels to inform them of the event. I've been waiting since Fiona Hughes, a Santam investigator- Tel:***, called and emailed me after hearing my case.

They haven't get back to me since then, Santam insurance provided me with subpar service. Dissatisfied.
