Third Party Claim Victim Difficulty

Their client was negligent and reversed her car into me. But now that they have to process my claim, I'm being made to just through all these hoops like I'm the one at fault. Some of the ridiculous thinks they want me to get: certified copies of my ID docs (who has time to go to the police station??), certificate of ownership and I must sketch the incident for them. I have never heard of an insurance company giving someone so much grief because THEIR client rammed into someone's vehicle. Her claim process was probably much smoother than mine!
