Third party claim poorly handled.

I submitted a 3rd party claim in March 2022 and to date it has not been finalised. I have sent all the documents they requested from me and for over a month i am following up with no responce. I am annoyed with their service and lack of communication.

I am still waiting for their accessor that was suppose to contact me over 2 months ago and I am not rceiving any way forward with my claim.

They don't even deserve half the star of rating.
