Third Party Claim no longer rejected
A special thank you to Deon Van Wyk for going the extra mile to discuss the initial third party claim that was rejected with the insured party. This is the added service and human touch that all employees should acquire when dealing with Insurance claims. GL Conradie Transport agreed to a settlement which I accepted. Thank you Deon. Without your persistence this would not have been possible.
