Third party claim declined unfairly without any investigation

I was involved in an accident on the morning of the 23rd of July 2025. I am currently uninsured and unemployed, however the person who bumped me from the back is a Santam client. The accident happened on a 2 lane road. I was indicating to make a u-turn, I waited for the cars coming from the opposite direction (oncoming) to pass so that I could drive in and once it was safe for me I drove in. Unfortunately Diany Van Den berg (the Santam client) came from behind me and did not stop and wait for me to turn into the road she then hit me from the back on the right side of the car. I unfortunately could not discuss anything regarding the accident with Diany as I was in so much shock and I felt very intimidated since she called her whole entire family to the accident scene. To prove that she knew she cause the accident and she was wrong she offered to town my car home on her account and we exchanged numbers. The police came to the scene and took both our statements. I then tried to get hold of her but she was ignoring my calls for 2 days. 3 days later she then sent me her broker's telephone number by WhatsApp. I called and I spoke to a lady by the name of Heidi Dreyer. Heidi explained to me how everything works interms of claiming against third party then sent me an email with the forms I needed to complete as well as all the documents and photos needed from my side. I then sent everything directly to Santam. 6 days later I received communication form a consultant by the name of Mongamele Mzangwe who in 1 of the emails advised that my 3rd party claim will not be paid because as per their client's statement the accident happened due to my negligence (incorrect). Mongamele stated on an email that his client advised that I came from her opposite direction and I caused the accident. I then rep**** to him saying he seem not to understood the statement because even logically if I came from infront she wouldn't have hit me at the back. He then advised that he will speak to his client and revert back to me. That showed me that they did not investigate. They just took Diany's statement and choose to wrongfully decline my claim. Today I followed up with Mongamele Mzangwe then he rep**** with a different statement now stating that Dianay Van Den Berg says the accident happened because I came crossing infront of her from a road coming from the squatter camp (another false stoory). To support my statement the road where the accident happened has no road coming from the squatter camp therefore what she is saying is not true. I was on the rcorrect lane indicating to turn and itvwas safe for me to turn into the road. Unfortunately the area where the accident happened does not have an establishment that may help me with any camera footages to prove what happened. However should Diany have stopped and waited for me to drive in as i had my indicator on the accident wouldn't have happened. I had the right of way and she was supposed to stop behind me. Santam is declining my third party claim unfairly without a proper investigation. They have to pay for the damages Diany Van Den berg caused on my car.
