Third Party Claim

Extremely disappointing having to deal with them. Their client drove into my car, I have submitted all documentation, proof, images of my vehicle and the report stating the my vehicle is a right off. Have been phoning almost everyday and still have no answers. The last time I managed to speak to someone I was told that they are going to claim for the damages from me. I have submitted proof (video) showing clearly how their client skip the light and drove into my daughter even though their client stated differently on his statement. Now I have to get rid of the vehicle as it has been a month. Are they playing for time not to have to pay out and to protect their client?
