Third party claim
A Santam policy holder rear ended us after a dog bolted in front of the car, Santam refused our claim as they said we need to claim from the dog owner. However, taking into consideration, following distance, speed and concentration on the road....I suspect the accident could have been avoided, clearly dont like paying out as seen on many reviews on this site....#ripoff #dontlikepayingout
