Third Party Claim *** taking long to payout

My husband has been involved in an accident in September 2017, the insured jumped the red robot, My husband made contact with the insurance company and was referred to a lady called Retha, then Retha went on leave and Daleen Prinsloo advised that they cannot entertain a third party. Eventually Retha got back from leave in January, i emailed her again and the advised that they are awaiting a sketch and description from the insured else "we cannot proceed with the recovery action" as the matter might turn into a liability claim depending on what evidence the third party presents. Firstly the insured didn't have a licence at the time of the accident, secondly he didn't have a temporary licence on him either, thirdly on the RA report the insured was ticked off for injury as severe - due to his back injury - which was caused from a previous accident, not the one caused in September. The insured was compensated for his vehicle in October and again in November 2017 due to his vehicle being written off - please not the only damage that was done to the insured vehicle was that his airbag popped. However i sent all the pictures of my husbands vehicle which was severely damaged in this accident and has also been written off to the Manager Retha Botha . THIS WAS OUR ONLY MEANS OF TRANSPORT. I have sent Retha Botha and email stating that the insured advised my husband to take them further, and i promise, if you people don't get back to us regarding this with a settling amount and the money is not paid out, WE WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER. We will not let you people get away with this... We work hard for what we have for you people to do what you want just because your client is insured... ITS YOUR CLIENT FAULT. YOUR SERVICES IS PATHETIC!!!!! 5 MONTHS and STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN SOLVED!!!!

Good Morning the claim number is ********** 84. I've been hearing that they are going to investigate ever since i logged the claim, and nothing has been done, its been 5 months and still nothing has been done about it, except for countless emails back an forth..how long to we have to be inconvenienced by this, my husband has to rely on a friends kindness to loan his vehicle to get too and from work and also to drop and pick up our kids. this was our only vehicle and means of transport, i have sent Retha Botha all the proof, pictures of our damaged vehicle, the sketch of how the vehicles was stationed, the invoice of the Towing company - please note at the scene of the accident the towing made contact with SANTAM and advised them of the accident - an they advised my husband that the insureds insurance will cover the cost... NO costs was covered by SANTAM, my husband had to fork out R7 850.00 to have his vehicle released from the towing premises, this has caused a huge burden and financial problems on our side and i dont think this is FAIR. I wont allow SANTAM or the INSURED to get away with this.... If nothing is settled by end of January - i will be taking this matter further and you will be hearing from our lawyers. its taking your company 5 months to pay out a claim that was caused by their client, yet there client has been paid out already.....WHAT DO YOU TAKE US FOR?
