After being with Santam for eight years now, when we need them the most, they are very slow or don't care about small guys. We are a small business in the fitness industry fighting to stay alive in these challenging economic times, waiting to be covered by our insurers to no avail. we reconsidering our loyalty to them as a brand and business.
