They played dirty games when they have to pay
The assessor was in my place and he asked all the things you wanted I answered them and he told me to send some documents and I did so but now he's trying to play dirty games it is like you don't want to pay my iPhone there's two you wanted a kiss so that you can take the photo and when you leave my place he said the photo is clear but now he's coming with stories but that photo is not clear and you start asking me about where did I fix my phone I believe that is a question that should have asked me after giving me money to fix the phone not read my phone it's missing you can see that if the tricks they're trying to do so that they cannot pay! They started cancelling my policy because they say I claim too much. And I don't know why you have to take insurance? They just want to take money from you but when they have to pay they have stories I was not insuring my goods and the house for them just to take money I was insuring to be on the safe side but it was like I was just usually my things so that Santam can rob me
Good day sir,
Thank you for your post above.
In regards to the cancellation of your policy, we have already explained in detail that aspect to you and why it was done, so we are not going to address that again.
The questions raised by the assessor is part of the claims process in verifying and validating the claim. This is standard procedure to ensure all facts and questions are answered before the claim will be finalised -- we will however request the necessary feedback from the assessor on the status and when the claim will be finalised.
Kind regards
