They love receiving premiums, just don't claim.

I have had a long very good relationship with Santam or so I though. I pay my premiums religiously every month. I was in an accident last year which was not my fault. Sanatam even initiated a collection process from the guilty party to recover the funds My first claim in 7 years. I did accidentally dropped my cellphone and claimed for it. All of a sudden come January this year they steeply inflate my excess on all items. Despite this I kept adding extra items to my policy and now all of a sudden they even want more money for a monthly premium.

Well goodbye yo vultures. You want premiums but treat me like a ******** when I have to claim due to no fault of my own???
