They like to lie and change stories

<p> Last year in December I'll report at my door glasses that are broken and after I realise that the carport was making noise that was caused by the Wind but now they are making stories about the about the carport we start telling me about the stones that I didn't from them that I did put them because of the wind, they took long to come and I keep on falling them and they always lying to me and say I will send the assessor which they didn't do so they send a assessor and they say the metals they overlap in the neighbour wall without asking who the wall belong to and I am the neighbour that they are talking about because it's my business site! Everytime I'm cleaning they will come with stories it is not the first time they are doing this and the person who is handling the matter she's totally rude she drop the phone in my ears! This year when I spoke to her she said she's been phoning me in the numbers that I gave them and they couldn't get hold of me and she's lying because that phone it's been use by my daughter and she never received a call from her</p>
