THEY JUST DON'T CARE!!! So disappointed about SANTAM

I had asked them to review the report of my pay out since my car was deemed uneconomical to repair before the payout. On the report they had subtracted the money for the spare wheel as it was not on the car but i called them and informed them that i do have the spare wheel wit me and i also stated the reason why i removed it from the car. They agreed and said i should take it to where the car was stored and send them proof. I did exactly that I sent them the pics on the 21st of Feb 2023 and since then no one has called me. I called the assessors PJ Du Preez Motor Assessors and was told they waiting for the Santam to approve and was advise to follow up with Santam. Since then i have been taken from pillar to post been calling both and when you call the one entity they tell you to call the other one. Up to now now one has bothered to call me between the 2 entities. I think they just don't care and are dragging this claim deliberately!!!
