They don't care about people
Santam claim to be a Good insurance company. Let me tell you, Santam you are not Good people, you don't care about people outside. Specially the third party people. These my claim number if you have any questions about me "***". I HATE YOU

The accident happened on june, they made me get everything they wanted (documents) to support my claim. Now it's August, iam told my claim is rejected. For some reason that don't make sense.

Based on the merits of the case we cannot our client liable for the damages sustained to your vehicle.
Our client, and this had been confirmed by yourself in your description of the incident, was in a life threatening situation where someone wanted to highjack our client.
His actions are seen as being that of someone in a sudden emergency and had to get out of that situation by any means, as his life was threatened at that point in time.
There were no negligence on our client's side and thus can we not accommodate your claim against our client.
You may thus proceed in either claiming directly from your insurance for your own damage or litigate in this instance.
Our decision herein remains.
