The Yellow umbrella full of wholes

I'm with Santam for nearly 10 years. After my husband passed away 4 years ago a storm came up and my roof was badly damaged. Santam didn't pay out because, due to them, it was 'wear and tear'. Then my chlorinator of the pool break. Oh my goodness. It was again 'wear and tear'. Now I claim for my car keys that fell and crack open. I fixed it with selotape. They won't pay out. It is 'wear and tear'. I'm a widow that pays R900 per months, money that I haven't got and every claim can't be paid out because it is 'wear and tear'. Why must I pay insurance if they are not paying out? Be careful before you join Santam. There yellow umbrella is full of loopholes.
