THE WORST SERVICE EVER WHEN IT COMES TO CLAIMING

I submitted a claim with Santam on the 1st February 2021, it is the 3rd month now I've been not assisted. I would not advise anyone to take up their services it is the worst insurance I've have come across. It is the 3rd time I've had a claim with them - the first time they took over a month to replace a window on my car.
