The word for the lack of response does not exist.

We've had an incident we've raised with them regarding pay-out. This was kept in dark for months. We've reached out on the 7th of Feb 2019 to find out what's going for what and we've provided all necessary information. We're almost 2 months later and haven't heard a single word again.
