I have been with santam a long time. I did have a accident the 2 of October 2023. I don't know what is going on no one call and tell you what are going on if you don't call them no one will , this the first accident in my life a do have, but if you take out the policy everything is ok. So I'm not sure what i will do because still waiting for answers
