The service at Santam is hogwash

I am writing to express my deep and unpleasant experience concerning Santum who have failed me dismally. My claim has gone for over two weeks and I have been hounded them with calls and that has costs me over R300 of airtime. Santum has failed to pay-out till this day and they have ****** my confidence as I looked like a fool yesterday making a payment only to be told there are insufficient funds. The reason we take insurance is because we are living in a country with the highest crime and we cannot account for when anything will happen, it even happens in the comfort of our own homes, therefore insurance comes in to ease us and give us a peace of mind. Fix this before 9am PLEASE!! I will not be making another call again to Santum, and unfortunately my wasted time and energy cannot be retrieved, this is not on for a corporate company, they are forgetting that there are OUT SURANCE and many more insurance companies that value their clients.
