The santam saga

The only reason there is one star is cause they don't open the field for the review if there isn't any.

My experience with santam has been absolutely ****. My accident happened in Jan and stil not sorted out. The last communication was for the settlement papers that was sent to me on the 2nd of this month where I rep**** with everything they needed on the 3rd. Just for me to call them yesterday ( which I had to do from the beginning) to find out that papers hasn't been submitted yet.

I am a 3rd party claimer and I think it is so unfair that I had to be the one driving around getting everything needed and then have to wait to hear from them which would take weeks sometimes. And in the meantime the boy that drove into my vehicle is sitting back enjoying his life without any damages. Why is it so unfair.

Then lastly, would it be fair to tell santam I reject their payout and that they need to revise cause all of this bull**** and I'm getting the lowest payout of all the qoutes.

Now I have to try and get hold of them again, cause I already tried and I was told to call back. Not "they will call me back" I must call back in 5min
