The quote process was efficient. The agent (Nobuhle) was well informed and very accommodating to my hearing needs as a hearing impaired individual (she didn’t even know this) . She was willing to go an extra mile to ensure I maintain business within Santam by getting me the best deal (beating the other quote from anothe institution).
