The best customer service and assistance!

Since September 2022 I became a member of the santam family and eversince then I have had the best experience .Have claimed 3 times and I must say this is the best insurance company with good customer service and all the assessors that assist me especially Roxy Claasen a very good assesor gave me excellent assistance and guidance with all 3 incidents and they always update you with every movement of the claims and is always available when you need advice.
