I very seldom give 5 stars on any review as I always consider there to be room for improvement, however the service received from Johanita Lourens was 100% flawless and I have no doubt that no one in the entire insurance industry, including myself, could've done it better. Liability claim processed in less than two days - Unheard of and absolutely exceptional!
