The agent knew her job. I app**** for a new insurance. I've got a problem with all the detail she had to read to me in English. Half of it I didn't understood and half of it I couldn't hear. Ek is in elk geval Afrikaans en die dame het my in my taal aangespreek wat ek baie waardeer het.
