Great service from Zoleka Ndabambi. She was very patient with me in resolving my claim, initiated and facilitated an update of my incorrectly captured communication details which resulted in me receiving any updates on my policy. My network was extremely bad however she endured the call while I attempted to locate a spot that has better communication coverage so as to complete our engagement.
