I called in to today to process a claim, however I did not receive my claim number after they said they will text it. I called in the second time around 12:00 after waiting for quite some time and I came threw to another department and spoke to Xola Qaji who's service was exceptional. He immediately inquired if I had enough airtime for the call which I did not and immediately called me back after ending the call. This is what I call good service from Santam, he further assisted me with getting my claims number and explained to me that Santam is valuable insurance company to be insured with and transferred me to the relevant department to be assisted with a quote for comprehensive cover. Xola Qaji went above and beyond to assist me today, He is highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have him as an agent.
