This insurance company and staff took the time to listen to me, responded according and understood my needs and what I disagreed with. Insurance with them is not cheap but you pay for quality insurance and service. The staff are respectful and I would like to thank you Ebrahim for going the extra mile and doing your best with respects to my policy. Ebrahim went over and above and even beat the competitor. The policy is straight forward and does not contain strange unacceptable clauses which makes no sense. Thank you as well Stephan for expediting my request urgently.
