An idiot skipped a red traffic light and collided with my daughter. We informed our Santam broker who assisted us immediately and we even received the temporary replacement vehicle the following day. Brilliant assistance and help, thank you Santam! I do believe that the person you deal with at a company, will be the one who forces you to have a certain perception about that company. My experience is that call centers are not contributing to a healthy professional relationship with a customer. I communicated with my broker directly and this lead to a very good experience with Santam. My claim was resolved and my daughter received her vehicle back already. Thank you Santam.
