I have joined SANTAM on 09 April 2021 and because of a bad workmanship by TyreMart Randpark Ridge branch on my car on 04 May I have had to claim already within the first month of my membership. Santam insurance went out their way to help me from the claim department to the legal team. I personally thank Tavy Smith, Reyaan Thoppay and Sharlene Sparks for their outstanding conurbation to help me with my claim. Thank you SANTAM
