I had to claim for my cellphone recently and the assessor helped me within 24 hours of getting the damage report on my phone. Thank you Christine Kriel for your friendly service. I then also had to review my policy and made several adjustments with a consultant, Rudi, over the phone. He was patient and within less than 10 min my policy had been amended. I have been a customer all my adult life and I am always happy with their service.
