Michelin Van Staden sure lives your Brand Promise of doing ‘Insurance. Good and Proper’.
She managed to retain me as a New Client who was about to backtrack because of the disservice of the Referral Sales Agent who brought me on board. Michelin was excellent! On the other hand, this Bonitas affiliated Referral Sales Agents are damaging your Brand! You should get your in-house Consultants such as Michelin to onboard your clients and follow through till the end.
