I just want to say thank you to my superstar at santam Lebohang Mtshizana

I was about to cancel my policy with the company because I had received terrible service from one of the consultants. I was then transferred to Lebo in retentions who was excellent in assisting me with my debit order issue. These are stressful times financially and when we call into the call centre for help we need consultants who will be empathetic, kind and helpful. I felt so unappreciated as a customer when I spoke to the consultant before Lebo but after our conversation I realise that there are some great people who care out there …so kudos to Lebo once again for great service. That woman deserves a raise!
