Good day, I had a complaint on how my mother's house break-in claim was handled and settled. Kurt Koopman and Vuyiswa Magadla was assigned to assist around 3PM on Thursday 25 January 2024 and I can confirm that today before 11AM the matter was settled in a way which was acceptable and welcomed by my mother (the Insured). Thank you very much Kurt and Vuyiswa, we appreciate all your efforts.
