Terrible Treatment by Santam. Sies!!!

Logged a claim for dents and scratches on my vehicle. Unfortunately Mauro Machava the Superhero of saving repair costs for Santam made sure my claim doesn't go through. I was requested to log different claims for each dent/Scratch on the vehicle and pay separate Excess for each of those scratches even though i explained that the scratches happened on the same day at home. I've been a loyal client but For this treatment i received i want everyone to reconsider and think about such treatment when you have to claim. Some people like Mauro think we have to kneel or bow down to them while we are loyal paying customers. An alternative and even cheaper Insurer will do.
