Terrible service with Santam short-term insurance
Atrocious service. I have sent multiple emails to the service mailbox asking for assistance on my existing short-term policy but have only received auto-generated responses. The online client portal does not work making the hopes of a technology-based solution redundant. I have been a client since 2016 and feel undervalued
