Terrible service with arrogance stuff

Santam is worse insurance company with arrongant stuff who failed to return call, I made quote and the deal didn't went because the car was not what I'm looking for and I fòne them to cancel insurance but still they took my money but now its difficult to refund and so called manager Siran Steenkamp gave attitude and shout at me like I'm kind and never follow the Popia by collecting my money without my consent
